Church Planting Curate - Summer 2027

St George’s Stamford is seeking an energetic, prayerful and mission-minded Church Planting Curate to join our team in summer 2027.
We are an evangelical charismatic church, connected to both New Wine and Keswick, with a regular Sunday attendance of around 450–500.
For more than 30 years, our core values have been simple: Jesus at the centre, the Bible is our guide, and people matter.
We place a high value on preaching, prayer, mission, evangelism and church revitalisation.
As a Resource Church, we love to resource generously beyond ourselves, working in partnership with the Diocese of Lincoln. Between 2020 and 2025 we planted into Grantham (St Anne’s) and Spalding (St John’s), and we are excited to continue responding to God’s call to see new worshipping communities
flourish.

Fresh Hope Case Worker
Fresh Hope is the community-focused ministry of St George’s Church. We follow the example of Jesus, who always went to the places where the need for hope and healing was the greatest.
We seek to serve those most in need in our community. As part of our Fresh Hope ministry, the Community of Hope is a place to belong where people can do life together, within the routine of work, prayer, and friendship, creating space for everyone to thrive.
The Community of Hope is a place where all are welcomed, loved, and encouraged to be the best versions of themselves. Together, we explore opportunities to unlock our God-given potential, learn how to love like Jesus, and serve others in our community.
The purpose of this role is to contribute to our Fresh Hope projects as we seek to make disciples of Jesus through loving service, and it has a particular focus on coordinating the Community of Hope.
