Associate Minister for Small Groups and Pastoral Care

St George’s is a lively all age ‘Word and Spirit’ Anglican Church. We are looking for an experienced Christian leader, lay or ordained, to join our staff team following the retirement of the current Associate Minister for Pastoral Care.

This new full time position will include responsibility for both pastoral care and the development and growth of our small groups as one of the primary means of offering and delivering our care for one another in the life of the church.

The post holder will need to have proven competence in both the leading and development of small group ministry and the leading and development of pastoral care. They should have some theological experience or training and be able to work as part of a team as well as experience of leadership and working with volunteers.
