Interested in finding out more about the Christian faith? Alpha is open to everyone, especially:

• those wanting to investigate Christianity
• new Christians
• newcomers to the church
• those who want to brush up on the basics

The course consists of a series of talks looking at topics such as Who is Jesus?, How can I be sure of my faith? and Why and how do I pray?. After each talk we divide into small groups for a time of discussion. There is:

• Learning and laughter - it's possible to learn about the Christian faith and have fun at the same time.
• Pasta and pudding - eating a meal together gives an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other.
• Discussion - the small groups give you a chance to discuss issues raised in the talks.
• Time for questions - no question is regarded as too simple or too hostile.

There is no charge to attend the course, although you may be asked to make a contribution towards food.
